Return and refund policy

Despite the fact that we strive to do our best to make you happy with your new BelayGlasses, we understand that there can be cases when you are unhappy with the product. If you feel dissatisfied, we offer to you non-warranty 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee to return unused product.

If you are happily using your BelayGlasses, but accidentally they get damaged due to material defect, then we offer 1-Year warranty for repairs or replacements.

1-Year warranty policy

  • Before you initiate a refund of purchase made on belayglasses.com please fill in the Return form
  • The process of returning or replacing an item will be noted by our staff and then you can send back to us your BelayGlasses
  • If you purchased your BelayGlasses from a partner retailer, please claim the refund at the retailer's company
  • We may request more information from you regarding the return / refund and in such case you will be contacted by our staff
  • BelayGlasses cannot be replaced nor refunded if they have been damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair
  • Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period

The 1-Year warranty does not cover

  • Repair and replacement due to wear
  • Abuse or misuse of the product contrary to the recommendations
  • Abuse or misuse of the product on other activity than recommended
  • Damage of the product due to careless handling, e.g. not using the stray and cover box for transport
  • Failure of the product due to exposure to unfavourable external conditions, such as high temperatures or direct sunlight

This warranty does not affect the consumers' statutory rights nor the consumers' rights against the dealer related to their purchase/sales agreement.

This warranty is the purchasers' sole and exclusive remedy and BelayGlasses are not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages in association
with usage of their product.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your BelayGlasses for different colour, please return your BelayGlasses as per the non-warranty 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
and make a new order of your desired colour option.
