30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

BelayGlasses were designed by climbers and made to make you happy. They were manufactured with the best intention to make them perfect product. Nevertheless we understand it might happen that you might feel dissatisfied with your BelayGlasses, and in such case we grant full right of cancellation by our non-warranty return policy. What you only need to do is to fill the Return form and send the unused BelayGlasses back within 30 days of purchase to get back the purchase price refund. We hope it will not come to that, but if it does, then please read our "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy" for detailed instructions how to proceed.

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy

BelayGlasses reserves the right to reject the refund if any of the requirements below is not met upon receipt and assessment of returned items. In order to apply for the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, please read the conditions carefully.

• In order to receive a refund for your BelayGlasses, please fill in a Return form
• Attach the receipt of your purchase, which was emailed to you after placing your order, to the original packaging with the BelayGlasses you would like to return and send it back to us with all original accessories
• Only unused BelayGlasses in the same condition as received, and with all the accessories originally sent, can be accepted for redeem
• The 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy only applies to products purchased at retail on belayglasses.com
  (if purchased from a partner retailer, please refer to their product return policy)
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchasing party, the refund covers the purchase price only
• The amount paid for the order will be refunded within 10 working days
• Refunds are made in the original payment method
