Limited warranty

  • BelayGlasses purchased on www.belayglasses.com are subject of 2 years warranty which covers any manufacturer defects of the original material and components. Please note that warranty on products purchased at a third party retailer cannot be claimed at BelayGlasses, but at the retailer.
  • The 2 years warranty period starts when the product is delivered to the buyer.
  • The warranty is non transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user, but it is the buyer´s exclusive remedy. BelayGlasses are not liable for any damages related to implied warranty of the product, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising out of use or misuse of BelayGlasses.
  • The 2 years warranty cannot cover damage of the prisms due to the fragile character of glass and does not cover defects resulting from misuse, abuse, careless operation, unauthorised repair, improper storage or accidents (including collision, fire, unusual stress), such as e.g. scratches, discoloration, damage due to not using the original firm case designed for using during transport or exposure to high temperatures. The warranty does not cover usual wear and tear.
  • If the BelayGlasses have a defect occurred within two years of the purchase, they must be returned and subjected to examination to decide if the repair of the glasses falls under the 2 Years warranty.
  • To apply for the warranty, please fill the appropriate Return form. BelayGlasses that are to be returned must be sent in original packaging with a receipt of purchase, and must not be damaged. Once a product is registered for warranty claim, it will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
  • If the returned product fulfils the above stated conditions, and the examination proves that the damage occur due to material or manufacturer defects, the repaired or replaced product will be sent back to the buyer, free of shipping cost.
  • BelayGlasses reserve the right to reject a warranty if the above stated conditions are not met or if the product examination proves damage other then covered by the warranty.
  • Costs associated with non-warranty conditions are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The BelayGlasses team will strive to handle the warranty process as soon as possible, nevertheless the refund falls under the statutory deadline of 30 days.
